The Alexander Technique is a practical approach to change based on the teachings of F.M. Alexander (1869-1955). It can help with health problems caused by chronic tension patterns such as headaches, back pain and repetitive strain injury. It also improves performance and can be applied to whatever activity is important to you; for example sport, dance or music.
Anne Pommier trained as an Alexander Teacher in Britain and now teaches in Paderborn. Her work combines the Alexander Technique with dance to teach movement awareness, improvisation and to work with musicians, martial artists and performers.
